Sorry for the delay, holiday and a more severe problem with my FA101 stopped me from answering earlier. But fortunately I have another firewire audio device. Today I tested jackd (firewire) successfully with openSUSE Tumbleweed, Takashi Iwais modified glibc and my Phonic Helix Board 24U. It worked (with RT)! Thanks.
