openSUSE:Factory is in progress of integrating rpm 4.13. Basically everything has been addressed (mostly some file list changes) Unfortunately, mariadb is not yet building successfully with rpm 4.13 A build log can be found at https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/openSUSE:Factory:Staging:A/mariadb/standard/x86_64 In order to move forward with rpm 4.13, we should get mariadb to build as well.
