New SuSEfirewall2 maintainer here. I'm working on the backlog bugs. Sorry for
the delay.

Actually the source of the problem seems to be a bug in the systemd rules for
SuSEfirewall2. I will work on an update for this. There is a duplicate bug that
contains a good description of the issue, thus I will mark this bug as
duplicate.
