I have also submitted the fixed package to openSUSE 12.3, 13.1 and 13.2. In the case of openSUSE 12.3 it turned out the <IfModule> directive is not needed and causes warning message. Therefore this directive was deleted and the package was returned to its original state. Sorry for any inconvenience.
