If you want to, you can try the packages available here: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/wolfi323:/branches:/openSUSE:/Leap:/42.2:/Update/standard/ (install at least dolphin and dolphin-part, I'm not sure which one of the two is actually needed) Although I'm pretty sure that they fix your problem, they do here.
