Fixed yast2-packager-3.1.70 (https://github.com/yast/yast-packager/pull/124).

The fix covers the only YaST part, during testing I found out that there is an
issue in libzypp when reading the saved credentials. So for now the fix works
when the user name and the password are present in the *.repo file.
