there are other scaling problems see my report.
it's not only a blurry problem but sizing , displaying , pointing problems .

i installed opensuse 42.2 in a friend's laptop and in my desktop(1920x1080).
in the two cases by default all is too small.

with the laptop opensuse is installed with Windows 7.
default sizing with windows is bigger and good by default.

A good sizing for these laptop and desktop is scaling = 1.2 or 1.3
