I primarily meant to review form, writing style and XML. The last time I
actively wrote docbook XML was several years ago.

Wrt the content, so far nobody objected to comment 94, and if anybody does, we
can make a correction. Cf. comment 93, the solution I recommend in the
release-notes commit was successfully verified, so it's likely not going to
cause havoc.
