I just pushed a new build of VB for Leap 42.2 Updates with a change that I hope will lead to automatic builds. In any case, the new version should be available in a few days. If you cannot wait, you can always download and install the VirtualBox RPM from their download site. You will likely need to install some packages including linux_headers to finish that installation.
