Comment # 3 on bug 929971 from Ancor Gonzalez Sosa

This confusing situation should be fixed with an upcoming rewrite of
yast2-country to make it 100% systemd compatible. That rewrite is taking shape
in fate#319454. To centralize the information, I added this bug (and others) to
that Fate entry and I'm closing this report as "feature".
