Dear Legal team: one option we see for this issue is that offline-update does not inquire on the license acceptance on a package (as there is no UI to present this). This is ONLY valid on update cases, NOT on new installations of a package (where the license will be presented). So, on the example of flash: * Installation: present the license * Upgrade (using offline updater): 'silently accept the license, as the user agreed earlier' Is this something we are allowed to do? Or any concerns with this approach?
