I am using XFS as the /home filesystem if that makes any difference. I did a fresh install of OpenSUSE 13.2. The crash is gone, but now digikam goes into what appears to be an infinite loop. I left it running overnight. I also tried removing the digikam4.db and thumbnails-digikam.db and the apparent infinite loop remains. Should this be a separate bug report? What information can I get that will help?
