This is actually caused by a bug/change in the latest NetworkManager version: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367938 I submitted a fix/workaround to KDE's libKF5NetworkManager a week ago already, it has been accepted to Factory 3 days ago and should be in the next snapshot. See also http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2016-09/msg00438.html (and the previous mails in that mailinglist thread). Please feel free to reopen if this is still an issue after the next updates.
