My 42.1 system does not have this option in the desktop configuration, but I
have to start kwalletmanager, which instantly hangs, although it has already
disabled the respective daemon. The only thing I see work (from a suggestion
found in internet) is to give a blank password on the first request, and then
not bother most, but not a real solution.
