This is a follow-up of https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=13237
When using the scan-build tool in openSUSE leap 42.1, all include paths given
with '-isystem' are not passed to the compiler. This makes scan-build unusable
in 42.1. A patch for llvm was created but it doesn't seem to get backported to
3.7.
Therefore I request to add the patch found on http://reviews.llvm.org/D13800 to
the openSUSE 42.1 build of llvm/clang. It's just a one-liner.
