At login, left half of desktop is displayed on both monitors. This can be fixed for the current session with the following procedure, but the setting does not persist for subsequent logins, necessitating re-running the procedure at each login: 1. Menu->Settings->Configure Desktop->Display and Monitor (This usually starts on right half, so: Right click on panel entry, More actions->Move and then then drag to visible half.) 2. Drag right monitor symbol to overlap left, click Apply. Screens update to show correctly overlapped desktop. 3. Drag right monitor symbol back to tiled position, Click Apply. Screens update to correct desktop layout. Hardware: - Dell Precision T3500 - Dual Dell U3216Q monitors - NVIDIA Corporation G98 [Quadro NVS 420] (rev a1) Nouveau driver.
