upstream has revoked salt 2015.5.4 and released 2015.5.5 which is packaged and pushed to factory and leap with the new README.SUSE and salt user creation. Everything is still on schedule to switch to salt-master running as dedicated salt user. @marcus, I have used the docs you provided with the information, this is what saltstack team recommends, I don't think we should change chown because this is what a user expects when he reads the docs.
