AFAIS you have more than 4000 btrfs subvolumes/snapshots in some var/lib/docker/btrfs/subvolumes directory. YaST needs some time to probe them all, e.g. detect nocow flag. These btrfs subvolumes/snapshots are not created by snapper, more likely by docker.
