Yes, that looks exactly like the libproxy/config_kde4 module crash. - The DVD install succeeds, but the log looks like libproxy1-config-kde4 got installed. If that's true, it would be interesting to know if it's possible to add and access network repos (like http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/13.2/repo/oss) in yast2 qt on the DVD installed system. (I'd expect this to fail too) Anyway, a workaround could be to exclude libproxy1-config-kde4 from being installed.
