I still see the bug, even on Factory. I have osc installed,
but it does not have a /etc/profile.d/osc.sh

/etc/bash_completion.d/osc.sh
but COMP_WORDBREAKS="${COMP_WORDBREAKS//:}"
appears in /etc/bash_completion.d/osc.sh

> echo $COMP_WORDBREAKS
"'><=;|&(

so it seems, the changed value comes out of the osc completion script.
