I need at least
your PPD file
i.e. /etc/cups/ppd/<queue_name>.ppd
and
your original print job data
i.e. what your printing application submits to CUPS
and
your exact print job options for double-sided printing

Preferably
your /etc/cups/ppd/<queue_name>.ppd file and
a <file_name.ps> PostScript file and
a "lp -d queue_name -o <option=value> <file_name.ps>"
command line that leads to this issue.
