OK, could you check whether kernel-vanilla-4.1.13 has the same problem?  It's
just to exclude the possibility that our own patches broke anything.

Also, in OBS Kernel:openSUSE-42.1 repo, there is already 4.1.14 kernels.  You
can give it a try, too.
