Comment # 3 on bug 931543 from S. Ernestopheles

On a freshly rebooted system, I see the following:

# cat /sys/devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/hotkey_all_mask
0x00ffffff
# cat /sys/devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/hotkey_mask
0x008c7fff
# cat /sys/devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/hotkey_recommended_mask 
0x008c7fff

I just found a similar bug: 
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=849309
It was resolved as WONTFIX based on the assumption that this behaviour depends
on the user's configuration. If that's actually the case, I'd prefer it to be
slightly more user-friendly.
