SLE removed the yast2-theme container and only left yast2-theme-SLE in SP2. The update crawler therefore doesn't find yast2-theme anymore which is needed for Leap. Please adjust your jenkins job to submit to 42.2 directly. For the future it would be nice to get rid of the second yast2-theme-SLE spec file and just build yast2-theme with different binary package content based on %is_opensue
