Comment # 2 on bug 973747 from Wolfgang Bauer

As I wrote in the duplicate bug report:
It works on a fresh user account.

On an existing account, the configured keyboard shortcuts may not be updated
though.
That's more or less an upstream issue (and not a new one, KDE4 had/has the same
problem).

I'm not sure if we can do anything about it. I'll have a look, maybe a
kconf_update script might be able to change it.

But the actual problem lies deeper than spectacle or the PrtScr key assignment
and is probably by design.
