Comment # 30 on bug 966255 from John Chufar

1. Tumbleweeed 20170808, tried kernel parameters plymouth.enable=0, that did
not work.
2. Prompt never appears and esc splash screen, showed terminal displaying
repeating message of the attempt to mount crypt device.
3. Works OK in Leap 42.3
