Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start ktorrent
2. start download
3. the download is saved to /home/<user>/
4. Should be /home/<user>/Downloads/
Actual Results:  
Without changing the presets, the download is saved to /home/<user>

Expected Results:  
Should be /home/<user>/Downloads/
