Well if you take look here:

We add over 13.2 repository only:
cmis-client
libmwaw
libpagemaker
mdds

So it should be as stock as possible. Still it is damn confusing why this
happen as the project configuration is inherited from the parent (here 13.2
openSUSE repo).

So all in all: IT SHOULD have the bug, but does not... something is really
really fishy.

Another funny part is: it works on 13.1 without any update.

And finaly there is no darn diff that could cause it between the versions:

osc rdiff openSUSE:13.2 libreoffice openSUSE:13.2:Update libreoffice

@maint-coord: any ideas what could be wrong here so this would happen?
