The gnome keyring backend no longer sets the environment variable GNOME_KEYRING_CONTROL, but the version of python-keyring in Factory checks for this environment variable. This prevents the Gnome keyring backend from working at all. Fixed in this commit: https://github.com/jaraco/keyring/commit/a51018ee9214a7c756c0d44b5c0bf468723fe13b
