Atm I am taking a vacation in northern Chinese city of Harbin, home IP as
allocated by this major ISP is 110.179.100.121.

Over the past two weeks, download.opensuse.org has never been able to present a
working mirror for any OSS repository, symptom being empty response from all
mirrors. Here is an example exchange:
