The warning is harmless. It is because the lvmetad.service is running but
use_lvmetad=0. either of :
 -set use_lvmetad=1
 -systemdctrl stop lvmetad.service 
will eliminate the warning.

It should have been fixed in the other bug:

How did you update the lvm2 package?
rpm -U ?
