Yes, it's the "tearing" :)

Unfortunalely, changing options in mplayer doesn't help a bit.

I solved this problem by changing graphic adapter from better to slower:

# aticonfig --px-igpu

and enabling Tear Free Desktop:

# aticonfig --set-pcs-u32=DDX,EnableTearFreeDesktop,1

After restarting the system this problem was gone and there was no "tearing" at
all :)
but only on slower adapter though :(
