Well, 0.9.0 would appear to have a very significant bug as seen here: https://sourceforge.net/p/lirc/tickets/120/ It's effectively nonfunctional. As for the irman part, that can be done without bumping to 0.9.0. It was done successfully here: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:wolfi323:irman This driver is very standard, but it requires another (new) package to compile. How can I get and subscribe to the Tumbleweed version on 13.2?
