Comment # 4 on bug 1008248 from First Last

zypper in --oldpackage kernel-default-4.1.35-8.1.gb809f51.x86_64.rpm tells me
that util-linux-2.28-5.10.x86_64 conflicts with kernel < 4.4 and is not giving
me any option to install a compatible util-linux.
I don't know how to get around this.
