OK, so it's a warning. It's not a crash in that it wasn't fatal, but its still "A Bad Thing" that "Should Not Be Happening". What causes it? What can be done to have it not happen (other than not use ReiserFS)? Is this a Bad Code or is it something wrong with the file system that FSCK isn't catching?
