The issue doesn't affect sles12 because qemu in sles12 is older, The vgamem
attribute isn't included in that old qemu.

It's no need to do anyhting in virt-manager either, because virt-manager
doesn't support to setup video ram size, It gets the video ram size information
from libvirt.
