Same issue as we'd seen in MozillaFirefox

in Tumbleweed, the symbols are correctly provided:

  appdata(thunderbird.appdata.xml)
  application(thunderbird.desktop)


in Leap, they are not (probably you also disable the internal provides scheme?)

So: easiest workaround is, again, to provide the missing
appdata(thunderbird.appdata.xml) symbol

In the longer run, it really needs to be found why this is not auto-provided
for your packages
