The repository for openSUSE Tumbleweed for armv6hl, http://download.opensuse.org/ports/armv6hl/tumbleweed/repo/oss/suse/armv6hl/ regularly gets updated packages as can be seen from the dates with these packages. Rephrasing the question: Why do libstorage* packages not get updated? I build the project libstorage for armv6l on my Raspberry Pi 1B and it works. The current version of package libstorage-ruby in the repository is build for Ruby 2.1, where yast2 now needs Ruby 2.2.
