User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Build Identifier: If you install OS13.2 from DVD, sound on this chipset works. If you allow zypper to apply all latest updates sound will stop working. There seems to be a regression somewhere. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install OpenSUSE 13.2 from DVD. 2. Execute zypper up and reboot until you have 'nothing to do'. 3. Sound is now broken. Actual Results: Sound no longer works. Expected Results: Sound should remain working. I have tested Tumbleweed and sound with the ALC1150 is working in that current version. However, VMware Workstation does NOT function for me with Tumbleweed so I cannot move to the latest 4.X kernel.
