I don't think user accepted conservative distributions.
And this should not be a reason against filezilla.

But for filezilla, now 3.22.0, it is not only nettle >= 3.1 witch was missing
or is to old.

It is also:
gnutls >= 3.4.15
pugixml-devel >= 1.7

And for building you need newer packages of:
p11-kit
libtasn1
datefudge

In my home i have build filezilla 3.22.0 and it is running.
And i have made a request for gnutls witch is only available in 3.4.14

So i think for 42.2 are to many changes.
And when too many changes, than we sould remove filezilla and libfilezilla from
repos.
But I am only a 'little packager' and i can not overlook what influence it was
to include filezilla.
