Comment # 2 on bug 971869 from Michael Schreckenbauer

I don't know if this is in any of the linked libs - there are not many though
:) I switched to OpenSuse from gentoo recently and I'm pretty sure the valgrind
over there did not do this. I have to admit I didn't do a lot of
C++-development lately as I work on the "other OS" using the .NET-platform in
my daily job. So I could be wrong about that. I started to work on my toy
C++-project again and was wondering about this leak valgrind reports on
OpenSuse. Why did I post this issue here? Well, my experience with gentoo was
that any bug reported there got forwarded to upstream by some maintainer, if it
was an upstream problem. I assumed it's the same here. Looks like I was wrong.
Sorry for that. Feel free to close the bug. I'll talk to upstream, if this
annoys me too much :D Related to that: if upstream fixes this, will we get the
fix on Leap?
