Comment # 9 on bug 960487 from Egbert Eich

I've added a test for the macro %build_xwayland which can be used in a projconf
to enable the build of Xwayland (and the package xorg-x11-server-wayland) when
set in the projconf.

With this in place we should be able to close this ticket.
