This looks like contents from the /etc/services file, so there's probably file system corruption going on somewhere.

Replaced by my /etc/shadow from my running PC and I am able to login (with the password from my PC of course).

Could you please fix it ?

I just checked the ARM builds now that I'm back from vacation and it looks like there hasn't been a successful image build for quite a while.
