Hmmm, I had some trouble after upgrading to 9.1 earlier this year and found the support given by Suse employees exceptionally good. ***thats strange, they told me that "upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2" was NOT "free support" and certainly doesnt cover internet connection either. so what DO they cover then ? if you bought a car, and they delivered it with no wheels, would you complain ?
Sandra : I think you OWE her an apology. ***when she provides some of the "we will gladly help with installation", then i may consider giving her a kiss, - providing shes not one of those muscular german railway workers who eat saurkraut and spit on the tracks. .

we will not communicate on such a level with you. ***well thats not a surprise, since so far "your company" have refused to communicate on ANY level, so what difference has occured ? you have spent a LOT (LOT) of time telling me what you WONT do, but almost NO time on a few (probably simple) solutions. So for a "manager" you have failed AGAIN, just wasting time .....
Please take a course in politeness and Netiquett before contacting us again. ***what would be the point of that ? since you would STILL refuse to be of any help ? (dont forget i WAS as polite as anyonelse at the BEGINNING, its only NOW that you have demonstrated your STUBBORN ignorance that i Reflect your own covert mannerisms). you know what "covert" means ?
AND even if i pay for your "Advanced Support", you still say "we will take the money but NOT guarantee to be of any use" is your "company" typical of german software support ?
AND after experiencing the appalling low level of your general intelligences, who would expect you to be able to solve anything anyway ? after all youre "only a distributor" as you just told me.
***so you are tricking people into buying your OS on the pretence of being helpful - when you simply are not. Your leaflet says "we will gladly provide assistance", so why are you not "glad" to hear from ME then sandra ?
If you are angry about our support conditions, it is no reason to blame me or our company. ***you pretended to be "sincere" didnt you. so why havent you answered the last mail PROPERLY ?
I don't mind about my english, since I am not a native speaker too. ***your #written# english is perfectly good enough sandra, but you have a big EGO problem, in that you wont admit that anyone other than you could be right. Its the SPOKEN english of your spanish guys on the PHONE that is hopeless. dont you know the difference between writing and speaking yet ? "blurp it in de blobby" apparently meant "put it in the floppy".
We will not lay-off any of our staff, just because they are not native speakers in english. ***you dont have to be a native speaker, but you DO have to be understandable, and NOT full of incessant egotistic arguments. do you know what "incessant" means ?
That would be very ignorant. ***well you already are, so again whats the difference ?
Yours sincerely, Sandra Wiegratz ***ah, youre being "sincere" again, but STILL not being of any USE ! you remind me of Hitler, he was "sincere" wasnt he.
now be a good girl, and go back to the last mail and answer it PROPERLY, sentence by sentence. thank you.

A kiss from you - boerk - don't make her vomit for the rest of her life.
Well, now that's over... To quote 'Marshall Kiam-Laine's' own mail header: X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180 Says it all, really, doesn't it? Not only was he sending all this abusive drivel at us on a WierdOS box (by which, we must assume he voluntarily chose to run a 32-bit operating system on an AMD64 box: if he /has/ an AMD 64 machine.) - not only that, but he voluntarily chooses to use their wierd, crippled, little default mail application to do so. It is just about possible someone might be too stupid for SUSE Linux, but surely there's no one so stupid as to run Outlook Express by choice!
