Yes, it is a hopelessly convoluted and overly complex interface.
 
Its been programmed until it was designed, and implemented till it was
debugged.
It is impossible to navigate, with pointless things given the bulk of
the workspace and
essential things relegated to side-buttons.

Worse, they are so proud of it you can't even explain to them the many
ways in
which it is un-user friendly.
