Hi ,
How can a user who has not root priviliges change the system date and
time ?
Any right , script or group some thing which can enable user to change
system date .
Linux capabilities are meant to give some of the privileges of root to users
(man capabilities); in this case you need the CAP_SYS_TIME capability.
