Hi Anders,

I forwarded your message to my provider - and now received the answer that 
they have "a 2nd firewall" of which the supporter wasn't aware and there he 
found my IP that was blocked.

So it seems I had too many connections of konqueror (I remember I deleted a 
directory with many sub- and sub-sub-directories).

However, thanks to your hint the problem could be solved now.
