No, you won't find it there. Those are actual indexes. You were
complaining about KDE so look @
 http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Repositories/#KDE_4.2_Factory_Development

Also look at 

http://en.opensuse.org/Development_Version#Factory_Tree

Also at the very top of that page is a little warning that says Factory
is the name of their regularly updated DEVELOPMENT tree which will
result in the next openSUSE version.
