Do:

http://en.opensuse.org/Update_SUSE_to_next_version

And use: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/openSUSE-stable/

Hope this works for you. It worked for me before.

Or if you want, use 11.0 instead of 11.1 which is openSUSE-stable.
