I have never used Gizmo5, which I believe is what you mean.

It says on their website "Call anyone in the world"....

However, their Linux Version is pretty outdated, in the latest version
mentions Fedora 8...

Ekiga or GnomeMeeting is VOIP; you'll need a SIP Address or H.323...
